honestly i was surprised when i saw masaryk sitting at 7th in the EECA rankings, like that is genuinely impressive for a school that doesnt get as much hype as charles university. The 430 global rank in QS 2026 is solid too, not top 200 but for a central european medical school its respectable. Curious what others think about how much this actually matters when you are applying for residency abroad
